FOUNDER STORY
Where It Started
JRG Construction was shaped long before the first project was ever built.
Licensed as a real estate broker in 1994, the founder spent years walking homes with buyers—watching how people actually responded to spaces.
Not the square footage.
Not the specs.
But the kitchens.
The bathrooms.
The flow of daily life.
It became clear that homeowners knew what they wanted—but were often settling for what was built.
The Disconnect
Over time, a pattern emerged:
